In 2021, Dai joined Vietnam International Adjuster (VIA), where he has been trained which given his experience and knowledge, he is able to deal with all claims which involve construction aspects.

He has experience in planning, checking the quality of input materials put into the project, making as-built documents, and paying for the volume in civil construction. After that, Tuan joined MiTek Vietnam company in charge of designing steel structures in construction for foreign projects. Some typical projects such as: the elevator at Hospital Pham Ngoc Thach, the elevator at Law University, steel structure house in Auckland - New Zealand.

Hung graduated from Ton Duc Thang University and his major is Accounting and Auditing within ICAEW program. He worked at the Australian accounting and auditing company SUPERAA

MYOUTSOURCE VIETNAM LTD in calculating and preparing financial reports for SMSF funds. Hung has accumulated a lot of experience in business operations, managing documents and finishing goods.

Thu graduated from the University of Transport and Communications in Ho Chi Minh City, majoring in Civil and Industrial Construction. He has extensive experience in consulting, design, cost estimation, and construction bidding for both domestic and international civil and industrial projects.
