Lien graduated from Ton Duc Thang University in Electrical Engineering. He joined a Design & Construction Company related to industrial construction and design such as Newton Residence, Solar Long Son Plant, Ben Thanh Metro Station.

In 2022, Lien joined Vietnam International Adjuster (VIA), where he has been trained which given his experience and knowledge, he is able to deal with all claims which involve construction aspects.

In 2023, Lien has gained Loss Adjusting Certification from Department of the Insurance Supervisory Authority (The Ministry of Finance).

He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
