Bao graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University Technology and education in Civil Engineering-Civil and Industrial Structures. He joined a Design & Construction Company related to industrial construction and design such as Green Tower, Ho GÆ°Æ¡m Xanh, Vinhomes Grand Park.

In 2021, Bao joined Vietnam International Adjuster (VIA), where he has been trained which given his experience and knowledge, he is able to deal with all claims which involve construction aspects.

In 2023, Bao has gained Loss Adjusting Certification from Department of the Insurance Supervisory Authority (The Ministry of Finance).

He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
