Binh graduated from Thuong Mai University in Accounting major. She later joined some production companies, which allowed her to gain experience in monitor material and finishing goods. In 2018, she joined VIA to work as auditor and adjuster. Experience has been gained while dealing and working with the various claims which involve property and liability.
In 2021, Binh has gained Loss Adjusting Certification of Department of the Insurance Supervisory Authority (The Ministry of Finance).
She is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
