Son graduated from National University of Civil Engineering, and has worked in almost all fields of construction such as consultancy and design of civil and industrial engineering construction, construction and supervision, construction project management. Through the work in the field of construction, he has been constantly learning and gained valuable experience through many large projects across Vietnam.

In 2015, Son has completed and is granted the certificate of supervision consultancy, projects management consultancy, bidding consultancy by Institute for training and fostering construction cadres.

In 2017, Son joined Vietnam International Adjuster (VIA), where he has been trained which given his experience and knowledge, he is able to deal with all claims which involve construction aspects and other fields 

In 2021, Son has gained Loss Adjustering Certification from Department of the Insurance Supervisory Authority (The Ministry of Finance). 

He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
