Thang graduated from Transport University in Civil Engineering. He worked at Vietnam Institute for Building Science and Technology where he executed many construction projects in Vietnam such as Ong Lon Bridge load test, Technical Design Improvements and wide-open National Highway No.1, Hau River South project and others. He is able to deal with all claims which involve civil engineering aspects. 

In 2008, Thang completed construction master's program at Hochiminh City University of Technology and joined Crawford & Company, since joining Crawford he has a great deal of experience dealing with claims involving civil engineering aspects.

In 2014 he has completed a Diploma in Loss Adjusting a Certified Insurance Professional of Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. He became a Chartered Loss Adjuster in the same year. He is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF.

Thang has been working in loss adjusting and insurance market for all kinds of losses since 2008.

He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
