In 2002 Binh joined Crawford from Zurich Insurance and while at Zurich gained invaluable experience on policy coverage and claims handling. Since joining Crawford Binh has gained further experience with complex claims and is now well experienced loss adjuster.

In 2006 she has completed a Diploma in Loss Adjusting a Certified Insurance Professional of Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. And She became a Chartered Loss Adjuster in the same year. She is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF.

In 2009 she has completed Fellow courses of Deakin University about Insurance and Risk Management.

Binh has been working in loss adjusting and insurance market for all lines and all kinds of losses since 2002

Binh is fluent in Vietnamese, English and Chinese.
