Bach graduated from Ho Chi Minh city University Technology and Education with a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering.

In 2018 Bach joined Lucassen Manufacturing Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer, since joining Lucassen Corporation Bach had a good deal of experience learning about principals as well as maintenance of industrial lines and machineries.

In 2020, Bach joined VIA, where he has been trained which given his experience and knowledge, he is able to deal with all claims related to machineries and technical properties.

In 2023, Bach has gained Loss Adjusting Certification of Department of the Insurance Supervisory Authority (The Ministry of Finance).

He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
