Quang graduated from University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City in Accounting major. He later joined some production companies, which allowed her to gain experience in monitor production as well as process of  documents/data mamagement, production norms and experience in dealing with import and export documents. 

Quang joined VIA in 2016 working in auditing field and as a loss adjuster with various kind of losses related to property and liability since then 

In 2021, Quang has gained Loss Adjustering Certification of Department of the Insurance Supervisory Authority (The Ministry of Finance).

He is fluent in Vietnamese and English.
